Talia Mishkin, O.D.

Dr. Talia M. Mishkin is a dedicated optometric physician with a strong focus on integrative, patient-centered eye care. Her clinical expertise includes primary vision care, specialty contact lenses including scleral lenses, orthokeratology, myopia management, and the diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases with a specific focus on dry eye treatment.

Dr. Mishkin is deeply committed to providing personalized, high-quality eye care with an emphasis on patient education and preventative strategies. Dr. Mishkin is committed to delivering personalized, high-quality eye care with an emphasis on patient education, preventative strategies, and the important role of nutrition in eye health.

She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The College of New Jersey in 2019 and earned Doctor of Optometry degree with high honors from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in 2013.

Dr. Mishkin currently serves on the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians (NJSOP) and the Favreau Health Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to vision care in underserved communities. She has been recognized by her peers with the NJSOP Young Optometrist of the Year Award (2021) and the Dr. Paul Berman Distinguished Service Award (2024) for her contributions to the profession and community.

When she’s not in the office, Dr. Mishkin enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She finds balance through creative outlets, yoga, barre, hiking, and traveling.
